• Measured Heat: Shorter cooking times and/or lower temperatures protect vulnerable vitamins like B-complex, which are essential for metabolism and cellular health.
• Food-Specific Techniques: Cooking methods are tailored to the ingredient—for example, sautéing enhances the nutritional value of tomatoes, while steaming better preserves broccoli’s nutrients.
• No Oil Frying: Minimizes the creation of harmful aldehydes, a well-documented potentially harmful byproduct of frying
